PRIZES FOR THE SECOND YEAR AND BEYOND

Domain name: €25.00

Web hosting: €60.00

Maintenance: €60.00 for less demanding websites (usually) or €120.00 for demanding websites

 

You can choose one or more services depending on your needs.

The contract for the domain name, web hosting and/or maintenance is concluded for a period of one (1)year. Three (3) months (90 days) before the expiration of the contract we will send you an invoice for the service contract for the coming year.

For less demanding websites (usually) the invoice is €145. This amount covers the costs for the domain name, hosting and maintenance for the duration of one (1) year. For demanding websites, this amount for the same services comes to €205.

After receiving the invoice, you have one (1) month (30 days) to decide whether you wish to continue using our services or whether you wish to discontinue using them.

So two (2) months (60 days) before the expiration of the contract term we have a clear situation and  if you wish to terminate the contract, we can prepare everything so that you can transfer your page to another contractor.

Of course, we will help you (free of charge) with all our knowledge during this process and we will never let you down until the process is completed and your web page has been transferred safely.

PAID EXTRAS 

Google Analytics: 200 euros per month

Translation: Translation of the entire 6-page website into a foreign language: 300 euros

Redesign: the price of a simple website redesign: 300 to 400 euros.

 

In the case of redesign, an agreement for domain name, hosting and/or maintenance can also be concluded. You can choose one or more of these services, depending on your needs. You will receive a 50% discount on the price of these services for the first year. For the second and subsequent years, the normal price applies.

 

 

A domain is an address where your website is located.
For example, our domain is webhuisje.nl . Usually in The Netherlands standard are domains with .nl ending.
You can choose your domain if it is available at domain seller (Registrar), or you can ask us to buy that specific domene for you. In consultation with you, the domain name is chosen. 

Domain need to be bought first time and than before expiration of 12 months need to be bought again for next 12 months. It can be bought for one year minimum or for more years at once.
We are doing that for our clients and first year of using domain is free of charge and than, next year and every other year is 25 euros per year.

If you already have a domain, we will make sure that your domain is linked to the web page.

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between Artwave, a digital services business owned by Siniša Kabić Peters, with the business registration number 98932489, registered in the Republic of Croatia, Zadar County, Department of Economy and Tourism (hereinafter referred to as "Artwave"), which specializes in website creation, and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). By accepting these Terms, the Client confirms that they are familiar with their content and accepts them.

Subject of the Terms

Services: Artwave provides website creation services including, but not limited to, design, development, maintenance, hosting, and optimization of websites.

Contract: These Terms become binding once the Client accepts the offer or signs a contract with Artwave.

Delivery and Acceptance

Artwave commits to delivering the website within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the Client supplies all necessary materials on time, taking into account the project's complexity, material availability, and Client requirements. Instead of a fixed deadline, the project will be planned in phases, allowing for adjustments based on the Client's needs. The project will be divided into several phases (e.g., research, design, development, testing), and the Client will be regularly informed about the progress of each step. This transparency enables the Client to monitor the project's development and provide feedback throughout the process.
Priority on Quality: Artwave emphasizes the quality of website creation. Therefore, rather than focusing on a strict delivery deadline, the company is committed to completing each project to the highest quality standards.
Final Review: After completing the website and before final delivery, the Client will be notified via email or phone and provided with a link to review the finished website. The Client will have the opportunity to review the website and request any changes or corrections to ensure that all aspects of the service are satisfactory. All changes requested by the Client will be made within a reasonable timeframe.
Confirmation: Once the Client reviews and approves the completed website, they will confirm in writing that the service has been delivered and that they are satisfied.
Service Access: The Client will receive access to their website through a username and password, which will be provided upon delivery. The Client is responsible for safeguarding this information.The remaining 50% of the total service price must be settled before final access is granted. Artwave reserves the right to withhold access to the website until full payment is received.

 

Technical Support and Maintenance

  1. Technical Support Services

The company provides technical support after the completion of the project to address issues related to the functionality of the website, such as operational errors, display or functionality problems, and questions related to system usage in accordance with the signed Agreement or service order. In the event of operational errors on the website, Artwave will correct them at no additional charge within the agreed maintenance framework. Artwave will strive to resolve all technical difficulties quickly and efficiently.
Contact Methods: Clients can contact the technical support team via email or phone. Artwave commits to responding to inquiries as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

  1. Website Maintenance Service

Free Maintenance for the First Year: After the completion of the project, Clients are entitled to free website maintenance for the first year. Maintenance includes:

  • Regular backups.
  • Software and plugin updates.
  • Performance monitoring of the website.
  • Resolution of minor technical issues.

Paid Maintenance from the Second Year: After the first year, maintenance becomes a paid service at a price of €60 per year for less demanding sites and €120 per year for other sites. This service includes all previously mentioned activities, as well as additional services according to the Client's needs. Artwave may offer maintenance plans, but ultimate responsibility lies with the Client.

  1. Renewal of Maintenance Service

Renewal Notification: Artwave will notify Clients at least 90 days in advance of the expiration of the free maintenance period so that they have sufficient time to decide on continuing the service.
Service Renewal: The Client can renew the maintenance service by simply making a payment of €60 or €120 upon receiving an invoice for the following year.

  1. Changes in Maintenance

Additional Services: If the Client requests additional services that are not covered by standard maintenance (e.g., significant changes to the website, development of new functionalities), these services will be charged separately by agreement. Both parties have the right to amend the terms of technical support and maintenance with prior written consent.

Intellectual Property Upon project completion, all rights to the design and code developed for the Client remain the property of Artwave until full payment of all costs is received. After full payment, the Client acquires the right to use the created website without restrictions. After full payment, the Client gains the right to use the created website without limitations. After the project's completion and full payment, the Client grants Artwave a non-exclusive right to use the created website as a reference in its portfolio and for promoting its services. This includes showcasing the site on official websites, social media, and other marketing materials. Artwave will use the created website in its original form, without modifications that could compromise the integrity of its design or functionality.

Payment Artwave uses a payment model consisting of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the work. This approach ensures transparency and protects the interests of both parties.

  1. Payment Terms
    • Advance (50% upfront): The Client is required to pay 50% of the total service price before work
      This payment secures the reservation of the project timeline and covers initial project costs, including research, planning, and design.
    • Remaining Amount (50% after completion): The remaining 50% of the total price is payable after
      the project is completed and the Client has approved the final version of the website. This payment ensures that the Client is satisfied with the final result. The payment amount is made according to the agreed price in the offer or contract.
  2. Payment Method
    • Payment can be made via bank transfer to the account number:

    • The Client will receive an invoice for the advance payment that must be settled before work begins, as well as an invoice for the remaining amount after project completion.
  3. Postponement and Cancellation
    • If the Client decides to cancel the project after paying the advance, Artwave reserves the right to  retain 30% of the paid amount as compensation for work already performed up to that point.
    • If there is a postponement of the project by the Client, Artwave will inform the Client of new deadlines and any additional costs that may arise due to changes in scheduling. In case of postponement, Artwave and the Client will work together to find solutions that allow work on the project to continue without significantly impacting service quality.
  4. Late Payment
    • In case of delayed payment, Artwave reserves the right to charge statutory default interest.
  5. Changes in the Project
    • Any changes requested by the Client during the website development process may affect the final price. In such cases, Artwave will notify the Client about changes in costs before implementing any modifications.
    • If agreed specifications change significantly, there may be a need for an additional advance that will be agreed upon between both parties.
  6. Dispute Resolution
    • In case of disputes related to payment or service execution, both parties will strive to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, jurisdiction lies with the court according to Artwave's registered office.

Complaints

  1. The Client may file a complaint regarding the service if:

The service was not performed according to the agreed specifications.

The service contains material defects or errors.

Complaints must be submitted within 15 days from the date the Client noticed the defect.

  1. Complaint Procedure:
    The Client should send an email to info@artwave.hr    with a description of the problem and attached evidence (e.g., screenshots or photographs). Artwave will respond to the complaint within 15 days.
  2. If the complaint is deemed justified, Artwave will offer to correct the error at no additional cost. In case correction is not possible, a replacement service or a refund will be offered.
  3. Exceptions to the Right to Complain:Complaints are not accepted for services that were performed according to the Client's specific requirements, except in cases of material defects.
  4. The Client bears the costs of refunds and services, except in cases where Artwave has made an error in performing the service.

Liability

  1. Liability for Service Quality
    • Service Execution: Artwave is committed to performing all services in accordance with the agreed specifications and quality standards. If the service does not meet these standards, the Client has the right to file a complaint and request corrections at no additional cost.
  2. Liability for Content
    • Website Content: The Client is solely responsible for all content published on their website. Artwave assumes no responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise from the use of unauthorized or inappropriate content.
    • Compliance with Regulations: The Client is required to ensure that all content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and data protection laws. Artwave recommends that Clients consult legal professionals to ensure compliance.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    • Artwave is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the website by the Client.
    • Indirect Damages: Artwave is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the website, including loss of revenue or data.
    • Liability Amount: In the event that Artwave is found liable for any damage, the maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service that caused the damage.
  4. Security
    • Security Measures: Artwave will take reasonable measures to ensure the security of the website, including regular backups and protection against malicious attacks. However, the company cannot guarantee complete security and assumes no responsibility for any security breaches that may occur.

Changes to the Terms Artwave reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms at any time, including but not limited to terms of use, payment, returns, and complaints.All changes to the terms will be published on the official Artwave website. Clients will be promptly notified of any changes via email or notifications on the website. Changes to the terms will take effect on the date of their publication on the website, unless otherwise stated in the notice of change itself. By using Artwave's services after the publication of changes, the Client agrees to the new terms. If the Client does not accept the new terms, they are required to cease using the services and inform Artwave of their decision. Artwave will not be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of changes to the terms, including but not limited to loss of revenue or other damages resulting from unawareness of the changes.

Dispute Resolution  These terms and any amendments are subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute arising from these terms, the competent court will be that of Artwave's registered office.These General Terms and Conditions provide clear guidelines for cooperation between Artwave and its clients and contribute to successful collaboration, transparency, and professionalism in business.

Algemene voorwaarden

 

Deze algemene voorwaarden (hierna: "Voorwaarden") regelen de relaties tussen Artwave,
Kantoor voor digitale diensten, eigenaar Siniša Kabić Peters, KvK-nummer: 98932489, ingeschreven in: Republika Hrvatska Zadarska županija, Afdeling voor economie en toerisme (hierna "Artwave"), die zich bezighoudt met het maken van websites, en haar klanten (hierna: "Klant"). Door deze Voorwaarden te accepteren, bevestigt de Klant dat hij op de hoogte is van de inhoud ervan en deze accepteert.

 

Onderwerp van de Voorwaarden

  1. Diensten: Artwave biedt diensten aan voor het maken van websites, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot ontwerp, ontwikkeling, onderhoud, hosting en optimalisatie van websites.
  2. Overeenkomst: Deze Voorwaarden worden bindend zodra de Klant het aanbod accepteert of een overeenkomst met Artwave ondertekent.

 

Levering en overdracht

Artwave verplicht zich om de website binnen een redelijke termijn te maken, op voorwaarde dat de Klant alle benodigde materialen tijdig aanlevert, rekening houdend met de complexiteit van het project, de beschikbaarheid van materialen en de eisen van de Klant. In plaats van een vaste termijn zal het project in fasen worden gepland, wat aanpassing aan de behoeften van de Klant mogelijk maakt. Het project zal worden verdeeld in verschillende fasen (bijv. onderzoek, ontwerp, ontwikkeling, testen), en de Klant zal regelmatig op de hoogte worden gehouden van de voortgang van elke stap. Deze transparantie stelt de Klant in staat om de ontwikkeling van het project te volgen en gedurende het hele proces feedback te geven.

 

Prioriteit van kwaliteit: Artwave legt de nadruk op de kwaliteit van het maken van websites. Daarom verplicht het bedrijf zich om elk project volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen af te ronden in plaats van zich te concentreren op een strikte leverdatum.

 

Eindcontrole: Na voltooiing van het ontwerp en vóór definitieve levering zal de Klant per e-mail of telefonisch worden geïnformeerd en zal hem een link worden verstrekt voor het bekijken van de voltooide website. De Klant krijgt de kans om de website te bekijken en eventuele wijzigingen of correcties aan te vragen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle aspecten van de dienst bevredigend zijn. Alle wijzigingen die door de Klant zijn aangevraagd zullen binnen een redelijke termijn worden uitgevoerd.

 

Bevestiging: Nadat de Klant de voltooide website heeft bekeken en goedgekeurd, zal hij schriftelijk bevestigen dat de dienst is geleverd en dat hij tevreden is.

 

Overdracht van diensten

De Klant ontvangt toegang tot zijn website via een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord die hem bij levering worden verstrekt. De Klant is verantwoordelijk voor het bewaren van deze gegevens.Het resterende bedrag van 50% van de totale prijs van de dienst moet vóór definitieve overdracht worden betaald. Artwave behoudt zich het recht voor om toegang tot de website te behouden totdat het volledige bedrag is ontvangen.

 

Technische ondersteuning en onderhoud

  1. Technische ondersteuningsdiensten

 

Het bedrijf biedt technische ondersteuning na voltooiing van het project bij het oplossen van problemen met betrekking tot de functionaliteit van de website, zoals storingen, weergaveproblemen of functionele problemen, evenals vragen met betrekking tot het gebruik van het systeem in overeenstemming met het ondertekende contract of bestellingsdienst.
In geval van storingen in werking zal Artwave deze kosteloos corrigeren binnen het kader van afgesproken onderhoud. Artwave zal zich inspannen om snel en efficiënt alle technische problemen op te lossen.Contactmethoden: Klanten kunnen contact opnemen met het technische ondersteuningsteam via e-mail of telefoon. Artwave verplicht zich om binnen 24 uur op vragen te reageren.

 

  1. Onderhoudsdiensten voor websites

 

Gratis onderhoud in het eerste jaar: Na voltooiing van het project hebben klanten recht op gratis onderhoud van hun website gedurende het eerste jaar. Onderhoud omvat:

Regelmatige back-ups.

Software- en plug-in-updates.

Prestatietracking van de website.

Oplossen van kleinere technische problemen.

Betaald onderhoud vanaf het tweede jaar: Na afloop van het eerste jaar wordt onderhoud een betaalde dienst tegen een prijs van 60 euro per jaar voor minder veeleisende sites en 120 euro per jaar voor andere sites. Deze dienst omvat alle eerder genoemde activiteiten evenals aanvullende diensten volgens de behoeften van de Klant. Artwave kan onderhoudsplannen aanbieden, maar de uiteindelijke verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij de Klant.

 

  1. Herstelservice onderhoud


Herinnering aan verlenging: Artwave zal klanten minstens 90 dagen voorafgaand aan het verstrijken van de gratis onderhoudsperiode informeren zodat zij voldoende tijd hebben om een beslissing over voortzetting te nemen.
Verlenging van diensten: De Klant kan zijn onderhoudsdienst verlengen door eenvoudigweg 60 of 120 euro te betalen na ontvangst van een factuur voor het volgende jaar.

 

4.Wijzigingen in onderhoud

 Aanvullende diensten: Als de Klant aanvullende diensten aanvraagt die niet zijn opgenomen in het standaardonderhoud (bijv. grotere wijzigingen aan de website, ontwikkeling van nieuwe functionaliteiten), zullen deze diensten apart worden gefactureerd volgens afspraak.
Beide partijen hebben recht op wijzigingen in de voorwaarden voor technische ondersteuning en onderhoud met voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming.

 

 

Intellectueel eigendom

 

Na voltooiing van het project blijven alle rechten op ontwerp en code die voor de Klant zijn ontwikkeld eigendom van Artwave totdat alle kosten volledig zijn betaald. Na volledige betaling verkrijgt de Klant het recht om gebruik te maken van de gemaakte website zonder beperkingen.
Na voltooiing van het project en volledige betaling geeft de Klant Artwave een niet-exclusief recht om gebruik te maken van de gemaakte website als referentie in zijn portfolio en voor promotie doeleinden. Dit omvat weergave op officiële websites sociale media en andere marketingmaterialen.
Artwave zal gebruik maken van de gemaakte website in originele vorm zonder wijzigingen die integriteit of functionaliteit kunnen aantasten.

 

Betaling

 

Artwave hanteert een betalingsmodel dat bestaat uit 50% vooruitbetaling en 50% na voltooiing. Deze aanpak zorgt voor transparantie en bescherming van beide partijen.

 

1.Betalingsvoorwaarden

Voorschot (50% vooruit): De Klant moet 50% van de totale prijs voor diensten betalen voordat er met werkzaamheden wordt begonnen. Deze betaling garandeert reservering en dekking voor initiële projectkosten inclusief onderzoek planning en ontwerp.

Resterend bedrag (50% na voltooiing): Het resterende bedrag wordt betaald nadat het project is voltooid en goedgekeurd door de Klant. Deze betaling garandeert dat de Klant tevreden is met het eindresultaat.

Het betalingsbedrag wordt uitgevoerd volgens afgesproken prijs in aanbieding of overeenkomst.

 

 

2.Betalingswijze

Betaling kan worden gedaan via bankoverschrijving naar rekeningnummer:

De Klant ontvangt een factuur voor vooruitbetaling die vóór aanvang werkzaamheden moet worden voldaan evenals een factuur voor resterend bedrag na voltooiing project.

 

3.Uitstel en annulering

Indien de Klant besluit om een project na vooruitbetaling te annuleren behoudt Artwave zich het recht voor om 30% van het betaalde bedrag als vergoeding voor reeds uitgevoerde werkzaamheden tot dat moment in te houden.

Indien er uitstel is vanuit klantzijde zal Artwave klanten informeren over nieuwe termijnen en eventuele extra kosten die kunnen ontstaan door wijzigingen in planning.

In geval van uitstel werken Artwave en klant samen om oplossingen te vinden die voortzetting zonder significante impact op kwaliteit waarborgen.

 

4.Vertraging bij betaling

In geval van vertraging bij betaling behoudt Artwave zich het recht voor wettelijke rente in rekening te brengen.

 

5.Wijzigingen in project

Alle wijzigingen die door klant tijdens ontwikkelingsproces worden aangevraagd kunnen invloed hebben op eindprijs. In dit geval informeert Artwave klant over kostenwijzigingen voordat wijzigingen worden doorgevoerd.

Indien overeengekomen specificaties aanzienlijk veranderen kan extra voorschot nodig zijn dat tussen partijen wordt afgesproken.

 

6.Geschillenbeslechting

In geval van geschillen over betalingen of uitvoering zullen beide partijen proberen geschillen vreedzaam op te lossen. Indien dit niet mogelijk is is rechtbank naar zetel bedrijf Artwave bevoegd.

 

 

Reclames

1.De klant kan reclame maken indien:

De dienst niet is uitgevoerd volgens overeengekomen specificaties.

De dienst bevat materiële gebreken of fouten.

 

2.Reclames moeten binnen 15 dagen na datum waarop klant gebrek heeft geconstateerd worden ingediend.

 

3.Reclameprocedure:

De klant moet een e-mail sturen naar info@artwave.hr met beschrijving probleem en bewijsstukken (bijv.: screenshots of foto's). Artwave zal binnen 15 dagen reageren op reclame.

 

  1. Indien reclame als gerechtvaardigd wordt beschouwd biedt art wave correctie zonder extra kosten aan.
    In geval correctie onmogelijk is zal vervangende dienst of terugbetaling aangeboden worden.

 

  1. Uitzonderingen op recht reclame:
    Reclames worden niet erkend voor diensten die zijn uitgevoerd volgens specifieke eisen klant behalve bij materiële gebreken.

 

  1. De klant draagt kosten terugbetaling en diensten behalve wanneer art wave heeft gefaald bij uitvoering dienst.

 

 

 

 

Aansprakelijkheid

 

  1. Aansprakelijkheid kwaliteit diensten
    Uitvoering diensten: art wave verplicht zich alle diensten uit te voeren volgens overeengekomen specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen.
    Indien dienst niet voldoet aan deze normen heeft klant recht reclame maken correctie fouten zonder extra kosten.

 

2.Aansprakelijkheid inhoud
Inhoud website: De klant is uitsluitend verantwoordelijk voor alle inhoud die op zijn website wordt gepubliceerd.
Art wave aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor eventuele juridische gevolgen die kunnen voortvloeien uit gebruik ongeoorloofde of ongepaste inhoud.
Naleving regelgeving: De klant dient ervoor te zorgen dat alle inhoud voldoet aan geldende wetgeving inclusief auteursrechten bescherming persoonsgegevens.
Art wave raadt klanten aan juridisch advies in te winnen ter waarborg naleving.

 

3.Beperking aansprakelijkheid
Art wave is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door onjuist gebruik website door klant.
Indirecte schade: art wave is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte toevallige of gevolgschade die kan ontstaan door gebruik of onmogelijkheid gebruik website inclusief verlies inkomsten of gegevens.
Hoogte aansprakelijkheid: In geval art wave aansprakelijk is voor enige schade is maximale aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot bedrag dat klant heeft betaald voor dienst die schade heeft veroorzaakt.

 

 

  1. Beveiliging
    Beveiligingsmaatregelen: art wave neemt redelijke maatregelen ter beveiliging website inclusief regelmatige back-ups bescherming tegen kwaadwillige aanvallen.
    Echter kan bedrijf geen volledige veiligheid garanderen neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid eventuele beveiligingsinbreuken.

 

 

Wijzigingen Voorwaarden

Art wave behoudt zich recht voor om deze voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen of aan te vullen inclusief maar niet beperkt tot voorwaarden gebruik betaling terugbetalingen reclames.Alle wijzigingen voorwaarden zullen gepubliceerd worden op officiële website art wave.
Klanten zullen tijdig geïnformeerd worden over wijzigingen via e-mail of kennisgeving op website.
Wijzigingen voorwaarden treden in werking vanaf datum publicatie op website tenzij anders vermeld in kennisgeving wijziging.
Door gebruik diensten art wave na publicatie wijzigingen stemt klant toe nieuwe voorwaarden.
Indien klant nieuwe voorwaarden niet accepteert dient hij gebruik diensten stopzetten art wave hierover informeren.Art wave is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade die kan ontstaan als gevolg wijzigingen voorwaarden inclusief verlies inkomsten andere schade voortvloeiende uit onwetendheid over wijzigingen.

 

Geschillenbeslechting

Deze voorwaarden en alle wijzigingen vallen onder wetten Republike Kroatië.
In geval geschil voortvloeiende uit deze voorwaarden is rechtbank naar zetel bedrijf art wave bevoegd.Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zorgen ervoor dat er duidelijke richtlijnen zijn voor samenwerking tussen art wave bedrijf haar klanten bijdragen aan succesvolle samenwerking transparantie professionaliteit in bedrijfsvoering.

 

Privacy verklaring

Onze website en/of dienst heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Artwave verwerkt uw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:

Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren

Artwave bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens:

Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heeft u het recht om uw eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door Artwave en heeft u het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat u bij ons een verzoek kunt indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van u beschikken in een computerbestand naar u of een ander, door u genoemde organisatie, te sturen.

U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van uw persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van uw toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens sturen naar info@webhuisje.nl  Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door u is gedaan, vragen wij u een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie uw pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van uw privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek.

Hoe wij persoonsgegevens beveiligen
